Ryan is in a foster home.
This is Ryan.  He is a very happy, medium sized Red Greyhound male.  His racing name was GS Ryan and he was born on 09/30/01.  Ryan is very playful and acts like a 2 year old pup!  He loves to stand by your side for ear scratches.  Ryan loves to play and he loves kids.  He gets along with the other greyhounds at the kennel too.  This dog is so friendly and has a great outgoing personality.  Ryan was cat tested and is Ok with a tough "take charge" kind of cat, but is probably not small dog or animal safe.  Ryan is in a foster home learning about home life, so he will have a head start and know all about being a good house pet.  If you are interested in adopting a dog, then please read our How to Adopt a Greyhound web page to learn about our adoption process.

We have all new Greyhounds at the kennel now!

Photos & descriptions will be posted to the web site soon.

THANK YOU!

New Greyhounds usually arrive at the Recycled Racers adoption kennel each week. Not every Greyhound that is placed by the adoption kennel makes it onto our web site though.  Recycled Racers always has a waiting list of adopters who are waiting for a Greyhound(s) with specific characteristics. Because of this, some Greyhounds are placed on "Hold" and reserved soon after their arrival at the adoption kennel.
* Photos and descriptions of available Greyhounds are updated each week. *
