The 19th annual Hound Dawg Derby was great fun for the spectators and participants alike!  This is one of Recycled Racers big fund raisers of the year and all the money raised goes straight to the care of the sweet Greyhounds in the adoption program.

New this year, we were pleased to have several vendors set up booths. Many donated a percentage of their profits to Recycled Racers!
Thank you to the following vendors:

Needlenose Neckwear sold lovely dog collars and leashes.

Gentle Loving Care Dog Grooming of Aurora, Colorado - (303) 361-6464
passed out their info and were so nice to chat with!

Chewys Bonetique of Denver, Colorado - (303) 344-2663
sold many different kinds of dog toys, treats, jackets & coats.  They also brought two very popular "doggy ice licks" for all of the dogs to taste!

Thank you to all of our loyal volunteers who made this year's event a big success!  We are a small non-profit run by only 2 people and we rely on our dedicated volunteers to make our fund raisers run smoothly.  A sincere thank you to all of you who helped out again this year.

Thank you to everyone who brought their dogs to race in the derby.  Watching your dogs race to support Greyhound adoption is always so much fun!

A big thank you to Mile High Greyhound Park for providing the facility and a huge thank you to Gary Link and Janine Giraldi of Mile High Greyhound Park's Food & Beverage Department for getting the food and pop for this event!

Toni Davis and myself and all of the Greyhounds in our adoption program give everyone who participated in the 2007 Hound Dawg Derby a big paws up!

See you next year!
