In Loving Memory of Beautiful Night (Night)     5/20/90 – 10/25/02

Beautiful Night (Night) came into our lives with such a presence that we couldn’t do anything but love him.  He was so sweet and never afraid of anything.  Night would do anything asked of him and would come to our side when we needed him.  Night left us with the same dignity and grace that he had when he ran at the track.  He knew just how much mom, dad and Cassie could handle.  He made the choice and we all feel blessed to have known him as long as we did.  The adoption coordinator, Sandy Johnson, describes Night as a "Legend" in racing.  He may have been a legend while he was a racing dog, but he was even more than that to us.  We will miss Night every single day, forever.  He brought love and happiness into our home, the amount of which, no one knew possible from a pet. We will heal with our memories but we will never forget what a precious Greyhound boy you were.  Thank you for being our light!  You will be so missed.  Taz and BeeGee and also Royce will keep you company until we all meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.
